The hull and superstructure are crafted from Glass Reinforced Plastic and with a GRT of 212 provides an impressive internal volume. The interior is completed in high gloss varnished Root Woods, providing a rich and relaxing feel throughout. A fairly shallow draught of 2.32m (7’6” ft) enables the yacht to enter most ports on both sides of the Atlantic. Paula III has undergone several refits, the fist recorded in 2005, then 2012, 2016 and the latest in 2017. Such upgrades included the renewal of all water piping around the boat with marine stainless steel and new Kohler generators of 30 KW each at the Mondomarine Shipyards in 2012. Complete revision of MTU engines, exhausts, new Racor filters and complete survey and update of the engine room, pumps, water pressure systems and new air compressor. The lastest refit was finished on 4th of July 2017, with an investment of approximately €1.200.000 and included new CMC Stabilis Electra Model SE60.50.4.140 stabilizers, new exclusive “Moon Dust” hull Colour, new flybridge layout, a complete revision of the MTU 12V396 TE 94, 1527Kw (2) by the official homologated service and new electronic boards supplied by official homologated service.
