Extra Yachts Unveils the First X90 Fast: Meet Iva
Extra Yachts, under Palumbo Superyachts, has just launched “Iva,” the inaugural 27-metre X90 Fast in Ancona, Italy.
Built in GRP, Iva stands out with her sporty, gently curved lines and understated hull windows—courtesy of Milan’s Hot Lab studio. Designed for experienced owners who value bold design and exceptional onboard living, the X90 Fast promises customization unmatched in today’s market.
Inside, five cabins—including a spacious master amidships—make full use of the yacht’s generous 7.1-metre beam. Crew quarters accommodate four, while the interior’s white and natural woods, complemented by glass inserts, create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Structural furniture is intentionally subtle to highlight the sweeping views.
The main saloon is separated from the aft cockpit by a galley with up-down windows. This clever layout allows crew discreet access to their quarters and the sundeck, leaving the fore lounge and wheelhouse solely for guests. The lounge can be arranged with either an indoor dining table or a relaxed bar area.
Out on the cockpit, you’ll find a 10-seat dining table, C-shaped sofa, sunbathing area, and bathing platform. Head up to the sundeck for more sunbathing, another dining and relaxation space, and a full bar. An alternate layout offers a second helm station and a Jacuzzi with sunpad for those who crave even more luxury.
Performance-wise, the X90 Fast delivers on her name. Powered by three IPS 1350 Volvo Penta engines, she reaches speeds up to 30 knots and cruises comfortably at 24 knots, with a range of 1,000 nautical miles at cruising speed.
