BURGER BOAT COMPANY

STONEFACE is a 106′ (32.3m) custom aluminum motor yacht built by Burger Boat Company in 1978 and designed by Jack Hargrave. Fully refit in 2011–2012 at Front Street Shipyard, she combines the pedigree of a classic American yacht with upgraded systems and modern reliability.

Originally designed as a long‑range displacement cruiser, STONEFACE received new CAT C18 Acert DITA engines, Caterpillar generators, Naiad stabilizers, a complete electrical rewire with new panels, and a redesigned galley, crew mess, and crew layout. Additional updates included new teak decks, a modern navigation suite, and upgraded communication systems. She now cruises comfortably at 12.5 knots with a top speed of 14.5 knots.

The interior blends traditional craftsmanship with contemporary style. The main salon features warm butternut walnut joinery, large windows, and comfortable seating. Forward, a formal dining area for six is surrounded by custom cabinetry. The full‑beam galley is professionally equipped with stainless steel countertops, Wolf and GE appliances, three Samsung refrigerator/freezers, and a Miele dishwasher.

Accommodations for eight guests include a full‑beam aft master suite with a King‑size bed, generous storage, and an en‑suite bath. Two identical twin guest cabins forward each feature Pullman berths, en‑suite baths, and ample storage. Crew quarters for up to four (or five with a couple) include a large crew mess, laundry, and direct engine‑room access for efficient operations during extended cruising.

Outdoor spaces focus on functionality and comfort. The enclosed aft deck offers dining for six, built‑in seating, air‑conditioning, and twin service bars with refrigeration, ice maker, and sink. Sliding windows on both sides allow for natural ventilation. The pilothouse provides a spacious helm and guest seating, while the walkaround decks and generous swim platform ensure easy movement and access to the water.

With an aluminum hull and superstructure, teak decks, and a strong Burger heritage, STONEFACE is a rare example of enduring craftsmanship. Maintained by the same captain and crew since her refit, she reflects consistent care and pride of ownership. Her proven seakeeping, thoughtful layout, and updated systems make her a standout offering within the classic Burger fleet.
