ALFA features a robust steel hull and an elegant aluminium superstructure, with an exterior design crafted in-house by Benetti in collaboration with the owner. Launched in 2020, this yacht earned the prestigious Neptune award at the 2021 World Superyacht Awards, winning in the Displacement Motor Yacht category for vessels between 1,000GT and 1,599GT.
Step inside to discover the Laura Pomponi interior, accommodating 12 guests across seven cabins. An elevator connects four of the five guest decks, enhancing accessibility. Natural materials and subtle hues dominate the design, featuring white stone, teak-toned woods, and white leather ceilings, all paired with a thoughtfully restrained color palette. The only shine comes from bronze details crafted from liquid metal.
The upper deck is exclusively for the owner, featuring outdoor access and an interior stairway. The expansive 120-square-meter cabin located at the bow includes a his-and-hers walk-in wardrobe, a cozy “breakfast corner” with an exterior lounge overlooking the touch-and-go helicopter pad, and a private office linked to the lobby. The lower deck houses the remaining six cabins, including accommodations for staff.
Uniquely, the beach club opens on both sides rather than at the stern, providing a refreshing cross-breeze and doubling as an additional lounge while underway. Guests can access this space via corridors from the stern or an internal staircase from the main deck.
The enclosed-stern beach club layout allows for an infinity pool on the main deck’s aft section, complete with all necessary machinery positioned below. An electric system can elevate the pool’s floor, creating a shallow paddling area for kids or transforming it into a dance floor or sunbathing space.
Powering Alfa are two 2,400hp Caterpillar C32 diesel engines, enabling a top speed of 17 knots. At a cruising speed of 12 knots, this 1,442GT yacht boasts an impressive range of 5,000 nautical miles. With only private use under her belt, Alfa has remarkably low engine hours, making her an exceptional find.
