M/Y KINDA is the latest addition to Tankoa’s highly successful 50-meter, all-aluminium series, designed by the renowned Francesco Paszkowski. This sleek vessel, equipped with hybrid propulsion, is the epitome of luxury and innovation.While boasting custom exterior elements, KINDA stays true to the signature design of the S501 series, featuring a striking vertical bow, a spacious swim platform at the stern, and expansive windows that seamlessly blend the interior with the exterior. Retaining the elegant profile of its predecessors, Kinda sets itself apart with a remarkable 5,000-liter capacity pool on the foredeck. Additionally, the grand main staircase, adorned with wooden steps and a polished stainless steel central pillar, adds a touch of majesty to the interior.
In partnership with Margherita Casprini, the interior design of this yacht embodies the owner’s vision of a contemporary and sophisticated ambiance. The use of luxurious natural materials in soothing sand and earthy tones, such as brushed oak, leather panels, soft nabuk, and sandblasted Botticino and Saint Laurent marbles, creates a cohesive and elegant atmosphere throughout the entire vessel.The innovative KINDA hybrid propulsion system, developed in collaboration with MAN and Siemens, offers three cruising modes: diesel-mechanical, diesel-electric, and full-electric. In zero-emission or battery mode, as well as in diesel-electric mode, the yacht operates virtually silently. This enables anchoring at night without any noise or emissions from generators, providing access to protected areas that other yachts may not reach.
