TIMMERMAN YACHTS
2012 Timmerman Yachts 87ft Overview
Sleek Design Meets Practical Performance
LARGO, The Timmerman 26, a 26.7-meter yacht, boasts a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure. Crafted by Timmerman Yachts and designed by Ginton Naval Architects with Guido de Groot’s stylish touch, this vessel is perfect for private cruising or chartering.
Power and Range
Twin Caterpillar diesel engines ensure a smooth cruise at nine knots, maxing out at 11.5 knots. With a 15,300-liter fuel capacity, you’re set for long journeys—up to 2,000 nautical miles. Stability is enhanced by advanced systems and a 6.5-meter beam.
Luxurious Interiors
Guido de Groot’s interior design shines with rich woods and plush furnishings. The main deck presents an airy salon and dining area, complete with L-shaped seating, a lift-up TV, and fresh carpets installed in 2024. A refitted galley and dedicated laundry area provide convenience, while extra refrigeration and freezer space cater to longer trips.
Comfortable Accommodations
The yacht accommodates up to eight guests in four cabins. The full-beam master suite, located aft, features a king-size bed, dual sinks, and an en-suite. Two twin guest cabins with en-suite bathrooms offer updated finishes, while a fourth cabin, previously a sauna, includes two nearly double-sized beds, a single bed, and private access.
Efficient Crew Spaces
Crew quarters are thoughtfully separated, housing four crew members in two bunk cabins with a crew mess equipped with modern amenities. The wheelhouse boasts updated Garmin chart plotters, AMS systems, and new upholstery.
Outdoor Entertaining
Outdoor spaces are designed for leisure. The teak-laid aft deck is perfect for alfresco dining, while wide walkways lead to a Portuguese bridge. The flybridge features a hardtop with a sunroof, a newly built bar with marble countertops, and versatile seating. Forward, guests can lounge on a large sunpad.
Robust Seagoing Features
A teak-laid swim platform enhances water access, aided by a crane for tender deployment. Hydraulic capstans, oversized cleats, and Muir winches with substantial anchors underscore her seagoing capability.
Recent Upgrades
The 2024 refit has equipped the yacht with modern systems, including new generators, electronics, expanded cold storage, and a remodeled wheelhouse. A new teak deck and additional guest cabin ensure a fresh presentation.
