The 40MXP elevates the beloved 37XP model by swapping the aft beach club/garage for a jacuzzi and spacious double-wide swim platform, alongside an expanded aft deck area. This redesign caters to ocean enthusiasts who desire a layout that best suits their lifestyle and social needs.
By removing the garage/beach club, we extended the swim platform, increasing the yacht’s length from 37m to 40m. The addition of a jacuzzi creates a cozy spot near the ocean, while moving the aft deck sliding doors forward enhances the aft main deck’s exterior space, converting part of the 37XP’s vast main salon into a delightful outdoor area. This design achieves a harmonious balance between exterior and interior spaces, maintaining the generous volume you expect from the 37XP.
The sundeck, boat deck, and interior layout options from the 37XP remain unchanged in the 40MXP, with the primary transformation being at the yacht’s transom.
MXP stands for Mediterranean Explorer, and the 40MXP offers a fantastic alternative to the traditional garage setup. This casual, relaxed arrangement has already proven popular, with three units sold.
