SPIRIT OF VENICE was launched in 2018 at VMG Shipyard, the 89’ (27.32m) SPIRIT OF VENICE is a refined example of classic yacht design executed through close collaboration between owner and designer. Built with a strong Dutch pedigree, she features an aluminum hull by Dijkstra Metaalbewerking, a superstructure by VMG, and exterior and interior designs by Olivier van Meer.
Designed for single‑handed global cruising, SPIRIT OF VENICE combines modern engineering with timeless aesthetics. Her shallow draft and uprunning centerboard allow access to small harbors, while the stern platform provides efficient tender handling.
The yacht accommodates six guests in three well‑appointed cabins. The master suite includes a double bed, sofa, generous storage, a reading nook, and a traditional bathroom with a classic bathtub and gold‑finish hardware. The two guest cabins also offer ample storage and private bathrooms.
The interior blends traditional craftsmanship with high‑quality materials such as wood, bronze, brass, and leather. Two salons provide comfortable living spaces: a raised salon with pilothouse and a lower‑deck dining area with a fully equipped galley and a classic heater that enhances the yacht’s heritage character. Her exterior offers clean lines and generous deck space for navigation and relaxation.
